Children
5–12 years oldWe offer a range of group lessons for children in Les Menuires. Lessons are organised by level and age, with a limited number of participants. Our programmes, available in the morning, afternoon and all day, aim to build confidence and improve skiing technique.
Teenagers
12–16 years oldReady to elevate skills and embrace new challenges? These groups are tailored for teenagers with previous skiing experience. They will improve technique and boost confidence while having plenty of fun.
Adults
from 13 years oldWith six levels to choose from, our adult group lessons are designed to help every skier progress. Whether you’re making your first turns, refining your technique or looking to tackle more challenging terrain, our Oxyski instructors will help you build confidence and get more from your time on the mountain.

Ski touring or splitboarding
Leave the lifts behind and discover a different side of the mountain. Ski touring and splitboarding take you away from the pistes, climbing under your own power before enjoying the reward: the descent. Whether you’re trying touring for the first time or looking to explore further, an experienced Oxyski instructor or guide will choose an itinerary to suit your level, the conditions and the mountains around you.
Tandem Ski
Tandem skiing lets you experience the slopes from the comfort of a specially adapted sit-ski, with an Oxyski instructor in control. Sit back, take in the views and enjoy the feeling of gliding through the mountains without having to ski yourself.
Freestyle skiing or snowboarding
Turn the mountain into your playground. Freestyle is all about creativity, confidence and control. Whether you’re skiing or snowboarding, your Oxyski instructor will help you develop the technique to tackle jumps, boxes, rails, moguls and park features with more style and confidence. From your first tricks to more technical lines, every session is adapted to your level, your goals and the terrain available on the day.
Adaptive skiing

Once one of the Three Valleys’ quieter resorts, Les Menuires has become a firm favourite for families and skiers looking for great terrain without the fuss. Sitting at 1,850 metres, the resort offers direct access to the world’s largest ski area, with plenty to explore right on its doorstep. Les Menuires first opened in 1964 with just three drag lifts. Today, it has grown into a fantastic ski destination with 30 lifts and 76 runs, including a great choice of intermediate terrain. Head higher up the mountain and you’ll find skiing above 2,700 metres, with impressive views across the surrounding peaks. Whether you’re finding your feet, looking to improve your technique or ready to explore more of the Three Valleys, our Oxyski instructors are here to help you make the most of it.

Ready to hit the slopes? Head to our meeting point just below La Ferme de Reberty restaurant, in front of the Igloo, where your Oxyski instructor will be waiting for you. Keep an eye out for our flags and friendly team – we’ll be easy to spot!
