Group lessons
Children
4–12 years oldOur children’s group lessons in Méribel combine plenty of fun with real progress on the slopes. Small groups mean more attention from the instructor, helping every child learn and build confidence at their own pace. Beginners start in our dedicated snow garden, while more experienced young skiers head out to explore the Three Valleys. Whatever their level, they’ll develop new skills, have plenty of fun and finish the week with a big smile!
Teenagers
12–16 years oldReady for the next challenge? Our Pro-Rider courses are designed for teenagers aged 12 to 17 who already ski confidently and want to take things further. They’ll improve their technique, explore new terrain and try new challenges alongside other young skiers - with plenty of fun along the way.
Adults
from 13 years oldOur Adult Group Lessons in Méribel are a great way to improve your skiing while enjoying the mountain with others. Whether you’re making your first turns or looking to refine your technique, you’ll learn at the right pace, build confidence and explore more of the Three Valleys with your Oxyski instructor.

Freestyle skiing or snowboarding
Turn the mountain into your playground. Freestyle is all about creativity, confidence and control. Whether you’re skiing or snowboarding, your Oxyski instructor will help you develop the technique to tackle jumps, boxes, rails, moguls and park features with more style and confidence. From your first tricks to more technical lines, every session is adapted to your level, your goals and the terrain available on the day.
Tandem Ski
Tandem skiing lets you experience the slopes from the comfort of a specially adapted sit-ski, with an Oxyski instructor in control. Sit back, take in the views and enjoy the feeling of gliding through the mountains without having to ski yourself.
First Tracks
Head into the mountains in the quiet of the early morning with an Oxyski instructor and enjoy a completely different atmosphere before the ski area gets busy. Depending on the resort and format, you may skin up, access the mountain early or follow a specially planned route before enjoying some of the first turns of the day.
Adaptive skiing
For 25 years, Oxyski has been creating personalised ski experiences for people with a wide range of needs and abilities. With specially trained instructors and adapted equipment, every session is shaped around the individual, offering the right support to enjoy the mountain with confidence and freedom.

Ready to meet your instructor? You’ll find our Oxyski meeting point at La Chaudanne, on the snowfront at the bottom of the Rhodos gondola. Simply look out for the Oxyski flags and our team will be there to welcome you. See you on the snow!
