3–12 years oldWe offer a range of group ski lessons for children in Serre Chevalier, carefully organised by age and ability. With limited group sizes, every child benefits from personalised attention and plenty of time with their instructor. Choose from morning, afternoon or full-day lessons, all designed to build confidence, develop technique and help children enjoy every moment on the slopes.
Teenagers
12–16 years oldOur Pro-Rider courses are designed for experienced skiers aged 12 to 17 who are ready to take their skiing to the next level. With expert coaching, teenagers develop their technique, build confidence and discover new ways to challenge themselves on the mountain. Available as morning or full-day sessions, Pro-Rider is the perfect way for young skiers to progress while having fun with others of a similar age and ability.
Adults
from 13 years oldOur adult group lessons in Serre Chevalier cater for every ability, from complete beginners making their first turns to experienced skiers and snowboarders looking for a new challenge. Whatever your level or goals, our instructors will help you improve your technique, build confidence and discover more of the mountain, whether on skis or a snowboard.

Freestyle skiing or snowboarding
Turn the mountain into your playground. Freestyle is all about creativity, confidence and control. Whether you’re skiing or snowboarding, your Oxyski instructor will help you develop the technique to tackle jumps, boxes, rails, moguls and park features with more style and confidence. From your first tricks to more technical lines, every session is adapted to your level, your goals and the terrain available on the day.

We had the best time with our off-piste instructor-guide, who was not only a lovely, knowledgeable and multi-talented person, but helped us feel safe in some very big terrain with a lot of fresh snow. W we would not hesitate to repeat our experience.
We had a great experience with our teacher Louis. He gave us lots of ski exercises to improve our skiing and had us all skiing the blacks at the end of our course. A great class enjoyed by us all.

Discover Serre Chevaliere with Oxyski
Serre Chevalier lies in the Hautes-Alpes, close to the Italian border and stretching between the Col du Lautaret and Briançon. Home to one of the largest ski areas in the Southern Alps, the valley extends for 27 km and combines exceptional skiing with the character of its historic villages. The resort encompasses Briançon, whose Vauban fortifications are a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as the villages of Chantemerle, Villeneuve and Le Monêtier-les-Bains, where our Oxyski office is based. On the edge of Écrins National Park, Serre Chevalier offers spectacular Alpine scenery and a wide range of activities, both on and off the slopes.

Our ski school meeting point is conveniently located on the snow front in Le Monêtier-les-Bains. Just look out for our Oxyski flags and our instructors in their distinctive blue and orange uniforms – you won’t miss us!
