3–12 years oldWe offer a range of group ski lessons for children in Tignes, carefully organised by age and ability to ensure everyone learns at the right pace. With small group sizes and options in the morning, afternoon or for the full day, our lessons help children build confidence, improve their technique and, most importantly, enjoy their time on the slopes.
Teenagers
12–16 years oldOur Pro-Rider courses are designed for confident skiers aged 12 to 17 who are ready to take their skiing to the next level. Available in the mornings or as full-day sessions, these courses help teenagers refine their technique, tackle new challenges and build confidence across a variety of terrain.
Adults
from 13 years oldOur adult group lessons in Tignes are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced skiers and snowboarders looking to take their technique further. With small groups and expert instruction, you’ll progress at the right pace, build confidence and make the most of Tignes’ varied terrain.

Ski touring and splitboarding take you away from the pistes, climbing under your own power before enjoying the reward: the descent. Whether you’re trying touring for the first time or looking to explore further, an experienced Oxyski instructor or guide will choose an itinerary to suit your level, the conditions and the mountains around you.
Tandem Ski
Tandem skiing lets you experience the slopes from the comfort of a specially adapted sit-ski, with an Oxyski instructor in control. Sit back, take in the views and enjoy the feeling of gliding through the mountains without having to ski yourself.
Freestyle skiing or snowboarding
Turn the mountain into your playground. Freestyle is all about creativity, confidence and control. Whether you’re skiing or snowboarding, your Oxyski instructor will help you develop the technique to tackle jumps, boxes, rails, moguls and park features with more style and confidence. From your first tricks to more technical lines, every session is adapted to your level, your goals and the terrain available on the day.

Discover Tignes with Oxyski.
Tignes is a high-altitude resort at the top of the Tarentaise Valley, with skiing reaching up to 3,456 metres. Linked with neighbouring Val d’Isère, it forms one of the largest and most varied ski areas in the French Alps, with a fantastic choice of terrain for every level. In winter, Tignes welcomes skiers and snowboarders from all over the world, drawn by its high-altitude slopes, lively atmosphere and extensive terrain. From first turns to challenging pistes and off-piste adventures, there’s something here for every kind of skier and snowboarder. The resort is made up of five villages, each with its own character: Val Claret (2,300m), Tignes Le Lac (2,100m), Le Lavachet (2,000m), Les Boisses (1,800m) and Les Brévières (1,550m).

Group lesson meeting point
Our ski school meeting point is located on the snowfront in Tignes Le Lac, directly in front of the terrace at Hôtel Le Levanna. Look out for our colourful Oxyski flags and our instructors in their blue and orange uniforms – you won’t miss us!
