What we need from you
Shoe size, height, weight, age and ability level for each person — it only takes a couple of minutes online. We’ll take care of the rest in-store.
What's included
Fitting, waxing and equipment exchanges throughout your stay. Breakage and theft cover can also be added when you book.
Pick up
Collect your equipment from your Oxyski Ski Shop on the day you arrive or the morning your lessons begin. You’ll find the exact address and opening hours on your resort page.
How do I make sure I get the right size?
You give us shoe size, height, weight, age and level at booking. At the shop, boots are tried on and bindings are set to each person's real weight.
Can gear be changed during the stay?
Yes, whenever possible: a model that doesn't suit you is reset or exchanged, depending on the shop's availability.
Is breakage and theft cover included?
No, it's an optional add on at booking, at the resort's rate, and sets its own caps in case of theft or breakage. See article 20 of the terms and conditions
Do I need a deposit?
A valid credit card is required; a card authorisation or an ID may be requested at pick up. See article 19 of the terms and conditions
Can I book gear with my lessons?
Yes: lessons and gear are settled in the same cart, with one summary and one point of contact. That's also where the discount applies.
What if my resort has no Ski Shop?
Ski Shop at your chalet delivers to most of our resorts: you book the same way, and the gear arrives at your accommodation.
