The questions we get asked.
I haven't skied for years.
Drop one rung below your last week. It comes back in a morning, and the instructor moves the group up as soon as he sees you ski.
I am torn between two levels.
Take the lower one. A skier who finds it easy moves group by Monday lunchtime; a skier out of his depth spends the week chasing the others.
My child holds a medal from another school.
The equivalence table gives the match. If the medal is not listed, tell the school its exact name and it will place your child.
My child is younger than the age shown.
Ages are a guide, not a rule. Several of our schools open their first lessons earlier: ask yours.
The group is wrong on the first morning.
Tell the instructor before the second session. Groups are fine-tuned on day one, and the change is free and immediate.
I have no idea where to start.
Answer the questions in the « Find your level » band. Two minutes, and you leave with a level and the lesson that goes with it.

Not sure which level to choose? Tell your Oxyski ski & snowboard school your age and how many weeks you’ve skied before, and our resort team will help you find the group that suits you best.
