5–12 years oldOur children’s group lessons in La Rosière are carefully organised by age and ability, with small groups to give every child the attention they need. Available in the morning, afternoon or for the full day, our lessons combine expert tuition with plenty of fun, helping children build confidence, improve their technique and develop a real love of skiing.
Adults

Ski touring or splitboarding
Leave the lifts behind and discover a different side of the mountain. Ski touring and splitboarding take you away from the pistes, climbing under your own power before enjoying the reward: the descent. Whether you’re trying touring for the first time or looking to explore further, an experienced Oxyski instructor or guide will choose an itinerary to suit your level, the conditions and the mountains around you.
Tandem Ski
Tandem skiing lets you experience the slopes from the comfort of a specially adapted sit-ski, with an Oxyski instructor in control. Sit back, take in the views and enjoy the feeling of gliding through the mountains without having to ski yourself.
Snowshoe Excursions
Step away from the pistes and discover a quieter side of the mountains on a guided snowshoe adventure. Follow snowy trails, explore peaceful forests and take in incredible Alpine views with one of our local instructors or guides.
Adaptive skiing
Everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy skiing. With over 25 years of experience in adaptive skiing, our specialist instructors create sessions around each individual, adapting their teaching and equipment to suit different abilities and goals. The result is a personalised experience designed to build confidence and make skiing enjoyable for everyone.

My son and I went on a 4 hour off piste tour, which was beyond anything we expected. We were worried there wouldn’t be any fresh snow left to ski in the area, but the skilled guide found good snow and almost fresh steep tracks for us.
The small groups (5 to 6 children) are ideal for quality learning, especially for the little ones. The instructors are very professional, patient and caring, and always attentive to everyone’s needs.

La Rosière is a resort with a difference. No need to rush to Italy!
We love enjoying the blue runs - Gelinotte or Tetras - in the morning while everyone else is rushing over to Italy.
Afternoon hot chocolate stop (or vin chaud)
We love having a drink on the terrace of the Plan du Repos restaurant, listening to music while taking in the magnificent view at Chalet Anca, right next to the fort.
We love having fun with our children on the green runs in the forest.

Group lesson meeting point
Our main ski school meeting point is on the Les Eucherts snowfront, between the terrace of Le Flocon and the lift pass office. Look for the Oxyski flags and our instructors in blue and orange. Private lessons may start in La Rosière centre (marker C) on request only, after confirmation with our team.
