How it goes.

A small group, an instructor, and how a typical outing unfolds.

  1. Warm-up

A few runs on piste to warm up and check the stance. The instructor sees what you already know.

  2. First features

Start small: a kicker, a box, a landing. Each move is broken down before being linked.

  3. The trick of the day

A grab, a 180, a first rail: the one you wanted. The instructor films, you watch, you go again.

Good to know.
