See availability

A week at their own pace.

At this age children learn by playing and grow in confidence. The instructor keeps the same group all week and knows every child, what they dare and what they do not dare yet. On Friday, the medal rewards the ground covered.

  • Six children at most.

The instructor sees each of them ski on every run. Nobody waits their turn at the bottom of the slope.

  • Bilingual instructors.

French and English in every resort, often a third language. A child who understands what is being asked will try it.

  • Learning by playing.

A game for every move, challenges rather than instructions. It has been our method since the school's first day.

In Le Grand-Bornand: mornings, afternoons or full days depending on the season. The shape of the week is chosen when you book.

How can I be sure of the right level?

The instructor assesses every child at the first session. If the group is not the right one, they move to another the same day, free of charge and with no form to fill in.

Can two siblings of different levels be together?

No, a group brings together children of the same level, and that is what makes them progress. They leave from and come back to the same meeting point, at the same times.

What language is the lesson in?

French and English in every resort. Depending on the resort, also Dutch, Italian or Spanish. Tell us which one when you book.

What happens in bad weather?

The lesson goes ahead in any weather, unless the ski area closes. In that case the session is refunded or moved.

Can I stay and watch the lesson?

You are welcome at the start and at the end. During the lesson, children concentrate better without their parents in sight.

My child is afraid of the chairlift, is that a problem?

No. The first levels only use the magic carpet and the drag lift, and the instructor rides up with the children on their first chairlift day.
