Adaptive skiing
All ages

Equipment chosen with you, an instructor trained for it, and the mountain like everybody else. Alone with your instructor, or with a companion.
BookTandemski, uniski, dualski: the equipment is chosen with you, from what you are after and what you need. Nothing is decided in advance, the school talks it through with you before the first session.
Our instructors trained in adaptive skiing welcome every disability, physical and sensory alike, at any age, from a first contact with the snow to a full day out.
Tandemski, uniski or dualski, agreed with the school before the lesson.
Adaptive skiing takes a qualification of its own, which our instructors hold before they teach it.
You ski with the instructor, or with someone close to you who comes along on the descent.
By the hour, the half day or the full day: the length is chosen when you book, with the school in the resort.

Three ways to ski, depending on the equipment and the independence you are after. The school helps you choose before the first session.

Alone with the instructor, or with a companion.

An adaptive lesson is a private lesson: one instructor, your equipment, and the pace you choose. An hour to start with, a full day when you feel like it.
All about the private lesson
The lesson with an instructor trained in adaptive skiing, and their insurance. The adapted equipment, tandemski, uniski or dualski, is reserved with the lesson: the school tells you what it has in your resort.
A helmet, gloves, goggles and a lift pass. Tell us before the lesson what you need on site.
At the spot agreed with the school, which picks a suitable access. It is given on the resort page and in your confirmation.
Free of charge up to seven days before the lesson, then under our terms and conditions.
For anyone with a disability, physical or sensory, who wants to ski. No level of skiing is required.
Tandemski, uniski or dualski, chosen with the school from your independence and what you want to do.
No. You ski with the instructor. Someone close to you is welcome to come and learn to follow on the descent.
That is true of many of our adaptive skiing pupils. The first session is there to find the right position and the right equipment.
Any age, children included. Tell the school the age and the situation, and it prepares the equipment.
Write or call the school in the resort before you book, so the equipment and the length are agreed together.
