Superluge Derby.
3, 2, 1… go! Swap your skis for a sledge and get ready for a very different kind of descent. The Superluge Derby takes you down 450 metres of vertical drop on a specially designed sledge, with your Oxyski guide leading the way from start to finish. Fast, fun and best enjoyed with friends, it’s around 1.5 hours of pure mountain entertainment once the pistes begin to quieten down.

Meet your Oxyski guide in Plagne Centre, collect your Superluge sledge and get ready for the start.
From there, the group heads together to the top of the route before setting off down the mountain. Your guide leads the way, shows you the route and helps you get comfortable with the sledge before the real fun begins.
Expect speed, plenty of laughs and a long descent through the mountains, finishing with something warm to drink at the bottom.

Head to the start
The group travels together to the top of the route, with your guide explaining how to use the sledge and what to expect on the way down.
Let the race begin
Once everyone is ready, it’s time to head down. Follow the route, control your speed and enjoy the descent all the way to the finish.
Warm up at the bottom
t the end of the run, enjoy a hot chocolate or vin chaud before your return transfer to your hotel or chalet.

What level do I need?
The required level, when there is one, is stated above. With no mention, the activity is open to all and the pace adapts to the group.
What if the weather turns?
The outing is confirmed the day before by message. If cancelled: a new date in the week first, a refund otherwise.
Do I need my own gear?
Specific gear is provided unless stated otherwise. Skis and helmet stay yours, or the Ski Shop's, bookable in the same basket.
Do I need to take lessons with you?
No. The activity is booked on its own, or in the same basket as your lessons and rental.
