Winter paragliding works perfectly with skiing and snowboarding. Your skis or board help create a smooth take-off from the snow before you settle into the harness and enjoy the mountains from above.
Flying tandem with a professional pilot means there’s no previous paragliding experience required. They take care of the wing and the flying while you take in the views.
Prefer to keep things calm? Enjoy a smooth panoramic flight. Looking for a little more excitement? Let your pilot know and, when conditions allow, they can add more dynamic turns and manoeuvres.
For confident skiers & snowboarders.
Skiers should be comfortable on blue runs and able to ski with their skis parallel. Snowboarders should be confident on blue and red runs.
Take off and land on the snow.
Take off and land on the snow with your skis or snowboard on, then enjoy around 15 to 20 minutes of flight, depending on the conditions and experience chosen.

Paragliding depends on suitable wind and visibility. Your flight is confirmed according to the conditions on the day. The exact format, flight time and requirements vary by resort and experience. Check the details when booking.

Meet your pilot
Meet at the agreed point with your ski or snowboard equipment. Your pilot fits your harness, talks you through the flight and explains exactly what to do for take-off and landing.
It's take-off time
With the wing prepared behind you, you’ll start moving gently down the slope. As the wing fills above you, your skis or snowboard gradually leave the snow.
Enjoy the flight
Once airborne, settle into the harness and enjoy the view. Keep things calm and panoramic or, if the conditions allow and you fancy something more dynamic, ask your pilot to add a few turns.
Back to the snow.
Your pilot manages the approach and talks you through the landing. A smooth return to the snow, skis or snowboard still on.

What if the weather turns?

Do I need to take lessons with you?
No. The activity is booked on its own, or in the same basket as your lessons and rental.
