By the time you finally arrive at your accommodation, heading straight back out to queue for ski equipment is probably the last thing you feel like doing.

That’s where Oxyski’s Chalet Fitting service comes in.

Instead of going to the ski shop, we bring the ski shop to you. Your skis, snowboards, boots and poles are delivered directly to your accommodation and fitted there, so you can settle in, relax and get ready for your first day on the slopes.

How does chalet fitting work?

Book your equipment with Oxyski and let us know what you need, along with a few details for each person in your group, including height, weight, shoe size and skiing or snowboarding ability.

Tell us where you’re staying and when you expect to arrive, and our team will organise the rest.

We’ll arrange a convenient time to come directly to your chalet or accommodation. And because we know travel plans don’t always go exactly as expected, our team can adapt if you’re delayed or your arrival time changes.

We bring everything to you

Our mobile ski shop arrives at your accommodation with everything needed to get your group ready for the slopes.

As well as the equipment you’ve reserved, our vans carry a selection of alternative sizes and equipment for adults and children. If a pair of boots doesn’t feel quite right or someone needs a different size, our team can make adjustments there and then.

And if someone in your group has forgotten to book their equipment? Don’t panic. Depending on availability, our team will do their best to find a solution on the spot.

The aim is simple: make your arrival as easy as possible and get everyone properly fitted without having to leave your accommodation.

And if something isn’t right?

Our service doesn’t stop once your equipment has been delivered.

Boots uncomfortable after your first day? Give us a call. Want to swap your skis or try snowboarding instead? Speak to the team.

If you have an issue with your equipment during your stay, we can come back to your accommodation to make adjustments or exchange your kit where possible.
